Cumberland City Council engaged Handle Branding after a successful competitive tender.
Handle worked with Cumberland to build on creative strategy, branding, and identity. This process was as organic as the messaging and really came together quite nicely. Handle worked on a visual identity, brand narrative and tone of voice which was then applied to a complete marketing campaign across digital and print including out door media and animated brand videos.
